- Downspout Services: Installation, repair, and maintenance of downspout systems
- Maintenance Programs: Ongoing maintenance and inspection services
Service Agreements and Estimates
Estimates
- All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
- Estimates are based on conditions observed during inspection
- Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those assessed
- Written estimates must be signed to authorize work
Service Scheduling
- Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns
- Customers will receive advance notice of any schedule changes
- Access to property and work areas must be provided as scheduled
Payment Terms

Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
- All installation work is warranted for 5 years against defects in workmanship
- Cleaning and maintenance services are guaranteed for 30 days
- Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective workmanship at no charge
- Warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, negligence, or normal wear
Material Warranties
- Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties
- Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer
- We will assist with warranty claims on defective materials
- Material warranties are transferable to new property owners
Customer Responsibilities

Limitations of Liability

Property Protection

- Pre-existing damage should be disclosed before work begins

- Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours
